[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 6 ft picnic table that was slowly falling apart because of weathering. I called to see if I could get replacement parts for the bench seats and table top. They no longer carried those parts and told me they would replace the table with a brand new one. I've had this picnic table for a few years and only use it occasionally for family get together's. It is most of the time hanging up inside the garage. When I was getting it out and set up, lifting it up The corner pulled away from its attached point on the frame. I called the service help number to see how much it would cost to get a new top. Having the model number ready they offered to give me the replacement. I didn't expect that but was very appreciative for that offer
