[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids Love being able to play basketball outside. The portable/adjustable height basketball net was perfect for my kids aged 6-10. Sadly, we were having some lawn work done and one of the back hoes ran over the base of our new basketball net, crushing one corner. I emailed the company to ask if I could order a new base. They responded quickly (within an hour) asking what model I had and within 24 hrs they had replied and put in an order for a new base—FREE of charge!! I'm so impressed by the quality of the product and the customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a basketball net!
