I am a tea lover and have only just discovered this quite by accident. I dislike the taste of chamomile and mint and don't find it helps me sleep. This.....It felt like a soothing bath on the inside. I fell asleep with tranquility and have searched for it ever since not allowing myself the luxury of using the last two remaining tea bags. Bravo!
