From small blaze two blow torch

Wow!! This thing goes from a small intense jet, to a full on blow torch! I used my smaller one for a lot of things, even brazing meat. But the small one got hot too quickly. Now this thing, one can braise a whole turkey!! It also has a locking mechanism on the knob, to keep from leaking gas or causing an accidental ignition. Which is a good thing. I've seen these in the mini stores that are shiner, and $20 more expensive, but I bet they don't do any better than this one.
