Great fit but does not work.

I bought it for my mum who is too thin for the regular cuff. It fits into the LifeSource BP machine perfectly... but it doesn't work? Out of ten times, only one time it got a reading. The remaining other times it got one of those "Err cuff" messages. I'm a nurse, so I know how to put on these cuffs correctly and everything is right on the arm and the link is installed correctly. Just don't get why there are error messages. I ended up returning it. I went and custom sewed the velcro on the regular cuff closer so it would actually fit my mum's arm and matched the machine reading with my manually taking her BP and the reading was close enough.
