This is a decent size bag for the price. This could be a better/healthier snack w/less sodium %26 a lot more unsalted peanuts, almonds %26 cashews. Overall, just a handful is fine. More than that is not much different than eating a bag of candy or chips. Not the healthiest choice… Yet, not the worst in moderation. I would definitely add extra heart healthy nuts to my snack mix for future use.

Great product that combines fish oil and krill. I like it because the fish oil, which is absorbed via triglyceride fat, has higher amounts of EPA and DHA. The krill, which is absorbed immediately via phospholipids, contains 2mg of astaxanthin per serving. Astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant than benefits the health of my heart, eyes, immune system and skin. I take an additional astaxanthin supplement with each serving of this product.
