This product has been great for both cognitive function as well as migraines. It's much easier to take this powder than 3 big pills. My partner takes this version, I take the capsules. Both work great! Good flavor, he mixes it in club soda with elderberry syrup and his muscle strength and restore powder (sort of bitter but the elderberry and Neuro-mag make it taste really good). I still take the Neuro-Mag Magnesium L-Threonate tablets (3 per day) but I need a lot of magnesium, and LEF's powder is a great way to add it. I put a rounded scoop (along with a couple other things) in the bottle of water I drink when I first get up, and my day is off to a good start. And it tastes good, too!
