This is a super product. I read the reviews about the taste and my determination was the pills smell like maple syrup. If you drink with juice, you don't taste them. If you drink with water, you'll probably taste an earthy taste. I find this supplement to be very effective. I took it in conjunction with fenugreek seeds and found a significant decrease in the frequency of my hot flashes. This was so much needed relief and I'm so glad I tried these, would recommend to anyone.
