Black Cumin Seed Oil and Curcumin seem to go together well. I've switched to this from just Black Cumin Seed Oil, which I'm trying out this year to see whether there's a beneficial cumulative effect. One or two softgels/day has had no downside for me and maybe helps mitigate minor inflammation. #sweepstakes
