All the equipment involved for the price, for the age child I bought it for our perfect. It gives a person the ability to feel less defenseless. It's not a device to train someone to be punching somebody. It is to train somebody in case they have to defend themselves and feel like they can. Like all exercise it makes you feel invincible.
