Beautiful, sturdy, and functional
My issue with the hose reel is the clearance between the crank handle and he basket is only slightly over one inch. I have to be careful or I will hit my hand (middle finger knuckle) on the basket when I am reeling in the hose . I informed support of the issue and they are currently working on a solution.
