“I recently got new tires installed at the Walmart in Collier County, Naples, and while the tires themselves are great and very affordable, my overall installation experience was disappointing. I'm grateful to Walmart for offering prices I could afford for brand-new tires, but the customer service from the lady manager was terrible. She had a bad attitude, was disrespectful, and didn't seem to appreciate my business. On top of that, her English wasn't clear, which made communication frustrating. The only saving grace of my experience was a Haitian staff member who went above and beyond to help me. He spoke excellent English and Spanish, and his kindness and professionalism are the only reasons I stayed to get my tires installed. If it weren't for him, I would've taken my business elsewhere. Walmart needs more employees like him and fewer like that manager if they want to keep customers happy.”
