Taste great!

Bread is not something that can be in a diabetic's diet and I very much miss it. Even the whole grain raises my levels too much. I had seen some keto offerings before but they were super pricey and not within my budget. This is a new offering at Walmart and although they are small and still a bit pricey for a pack of 4 I decided to try them and glad I did. Taste great and did not raise my blood sugar beyond my acceptable range. Just purchased for 2nd time and so happy to have bread back in my life! Now if my local Walmart would please stock the sourdough version it would make me very happy.

This bread is soft and moist and stays like that for a very extended time without getting moldy unrefrigerated, which is remarkable to me. Great flavor. The only thing is it's cost. A little pricey. If you are watching your carbs, good choice! Or not, still a good choice.
