Good keto bread is expensive and hard to find and is usually somewhat bland in taste. This bread has a great texture. It's soft and makes a great sandwich or toast. It doesn't have much flavor which I think they could fix by adding a bit more sweetener and pineapple extract to give it a more authentic Hawaiian bread flavor. It's a decent size loaf and the slices are a normal size which is nice. Appearance of the bread is pleasing. I will buy again because I need bread on Keto. This is one of the better ones.
