Plastic piece inside broke- like some other folks
We have had this for a little over a year, great little unit, beautiful, but the internal little plastic piece broke off all of a sudden as many other here reported. If we could get the little plastic pipe inside that would do. The shower head is like new.

Crappy Product
This was in the house we bought. We have been here several years and have had to replace this 4 times. The base where it screws into the flex is plastic and has broken 3 times so we are on our 4th. I have tries to replace it with a metal base, but Gerber rep says they are all plastic. Do not buy this product!
