Bad customer service

I purchased this product from Walmart. The package was left outside my house and stollen. I reported this to Walmart and I was told they would open an investigation and it would take 8 to 10 busyness days. I understand it's not their fault, but I have never seen a company make their customer wait so long to resolve the issue. The product might be good, but the service they are providing still has me waiting.
