Applies easily, works well, with caveat.

I have used in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is thick and does take a little muscle to dispense it, but that is expected. 24 hours: dry to light touch. 48 hours: dry to heavy touch, still tacky. 72 hours: dry, not tacky, cured, ready for normal use. That last one, 72 hours, is my caveat. After caulking the sink, I tried using it after 24 hours, and that was not long enough; I had to redo it. At 48 hours I probably could have used the sink normally, but i could feel that it was not ready because I am a little rough around the sink. At 72 hours, it was not a problem, and has held up well against abuse ever since.

Neutral CUre caulks...

Folks, remember, neutral cure caulks are the best caulks available, low odor, and no emissions. However, since this is a neutral cure caulk, the retailer MUST sell them within 6 months to a year from the manufacture date. The end user must use them within that date as well. Shelf life on neutral cure caulks is a year or less. After which, they begin to break down, and become unusable (won't cure). So, when used properly, these are the best caulks to have, but if the retailer is stocking old stock, you may not realize it, and blame the caulk.
