These are not my everyday fiber supplement choice, but whenever I travel I make sure to have a couple of boxes to take with me. No matter what restaurants, airlines, or road trip stops have to offer, they seldom have anything to easily meet daily fiber needs. These are the same crisp cinnamon cookies as always. Note that, for those who like chocolate, the chocolate ones are actually quite good. Keep in mind that the 2-cookie packs give 5 grams of fiber but "cost" 100 calories. On the other hand, along with the fiber they provide long-lasting satiety. You will feel full %26 not keep snacking--without an injection ;)

a game changer and a life saver
years ago i had hemmoroid and fissure removal surgery- it was excruciating to say the least- then years later i developed polyps and had a portion of my colon removed and have had problems ever since in that area-the pain associated with it is horrendous- the metamucil wafers have been a life changer for me- the secret is to take it whether you think you need it or not and to drink plenty of water with it on a daily basis - it makes my life a whole lot easier and i am thankful to be able to find them at walmart at a decent price that i can afford- i do a lot of praying in the bathroom thanking GOD every time i am able to go potty with no pain- if you have never had these problems you cannot imagine how it takes over your whole world- thank you walmart for making metamucil wafers available to me-
