I love these because my elderly Aunt has no problem swallowing these because they are chewable. She can not swallow the big tablets anymore. She says they taste great and she really likes them. She has taken vitamins for a long time and they must do her good because she is doing good health wise and even made it through Covid earlier this year with no problems/hospitalization.
