A very versatile pot - excellent size
To be honest, I'm not sure I've really made use of the hybrid properties of this pan (I use it for sauces mainly, the occasional small-scale casserole-like dish where I braise the chicken before adding sauce, and have boiled small potatoes in it, which seems overkill given how good this pan is!). But it does clean up exceptionally well and I bought it for the size. Highly recommended!

Easy to clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the very best saucepans I have ever used. I love the scratch resistant surface that you can use metal utensils on! Not many pans can handle metal utensils, but this pan does with ease and without scratching. It is a high quality coating and has lasted through many meals. I love the draining lid, it makes it safe and easy to drain hot water from the pan without burning yourself or for the need of a colander. I love this pan, and I highly recommend it to any cook that is looking for a high quality saucepan with great non scratching coating and is easy to clean. It is dishwasher safe as well. I love it.
