this was a gift for my brother as he is a quadriplegic and it would help him to be able to vacuum since it now can do carpet so far so good it has done what it stated it would do you need to make sure to follow the set up and it does the job for you it is fascinating how it has learned the layout of his apartment it got stuck under his bed once i retrieved it and used the included magnetic strip and fixed the problem they never mention about how good it helps people with limited mobility and the self emptying makes it even better

I've wanted one for years and after asking friends for recommendations for Shark vs Roomba and reading reviews this is the one I settled on. This thing has *changed my life*. I have a large house with both hardwood and carpet on the main floor. With working full time, 6 kids and 2 dogs it's so hard to keep up with constant cleaning. Every day I come home from work and the floor is clean! I love seeing the vacuum lines in the carpet! The kids think it's so cool having our Shark and have been really good about making sure the floor is picked up before we leave for the day so it can do the best job possible. Not exaggerating, by far the best purchase I have ever made! I want one for every floor of my house! I love the app so I can keep track of the cleaning from wherever I am. Totally recommend!

I love it we have wooden floors and we no longer have dust or hair rolling across the floor. I set it to clean everyday and it takes off as instructed. But a week ago it kept stopping and saying that something was under it so we cleaned it really well still kept saying something was under it. Finally I took the roller out for the hundredth time and checked the capped end an realized there was hair in it so we pulled the hair out. Surprise it is back to working with no issues. So side note we are going to clean it once a month and make sure we get out all the hair from the ends of the roller. Otherwise this has been great we have a busy schedule so it was hard for us to keep up sweeping when we come home now our floors are so clean and dust free they shine. we ended up getting 2 more because we have a 3 story house and so far this robot has done an amazing job. Except for the week it was down.
