It arrived safe and sound. Works great for scanning off my paintings and drawings to sell prints. The quality of the scan is excellent, as long as there is nothing lifting the artwork up at all. It does amazing enlargements as well by scanning with a higher DPI. The scan software that you download for it has been all I have needed so far. The ability to stitch images together has taken a lot of experimenting to figure out but does work once you get the hang of it. It is lightweight and easy move when needed due to limited space.

I wanted a very basic scanner for inherited photos. I am glad I took a chance on this despite the negative reviews. Unboxed to using in under 10 minutes with Windows 11. Included quick start instructions were helpful. Downloaded full manual from Epson site. Use the Epson Scan software to manage settings. Changing from Color to Grayscale fixes the issues that a few have reported with B%26W scans. For the price, I got what I expected in a very simple package.

This scanner does great on documents and some pictures. While it doesn't have as many features as much more expensive scanners, it is extremely easy to use and does a great job scanning documents (which was my purpose in buying it). I use mine as plug and play which helps with space on the desk!
