nice faucet, great customer service
we had originally planned to repair our old leaking faucet and the customer service was wonderful in helping us to get the parts that we needed to do it, but we eventually decided to just update the 20 year old unit with a newer one. based on the great customer service we received on our old one, we opted to stay with the moen brand and purchased the high arc faucet in stainless. i would give it all five stars except that the faucet is not all metal, but barring a few plastic parts, it looks great and works well, too.

Functionality with style
Our old faucet finally bothered me enough with all it's issues and had to be retired. Out of the 6 possible choices that suited us this unit was our favorite. Brushed nickel is beautiful and the tall gooseneck were two standout features. Very pleased with the purchase thus far...

Very good product. Like many other Moens I have.
I had to return the first one I purchased. After installing the deck plate to the sink then trying to screw the spout to the deck plate it would not screw to it. Noticing the shaft was not tall enough to screw onto to. I returned it to the store and exchanged it for another one. I checked the other one before I left the store and could see the shaft was about 1/2" longer and the spout screwed onto it very easy. It was very easy to install to the sink and connect the water lines and sprayer hose.
