CURT Class 5 Trailer Hitch, includes strong, grade 8 installation hardware

Very nice receiver hitch with weight ratings far greater than my 2000 F250. Installation was easy with the included hardware. The only issue was, the factory bracket, which was mounted to the rear bumper just left of center, for the 7-prong round and 4-way flat plugs had to be relocated as the depth of the 7-prong plug behind the bracket interfered with the massive size of this hitch receiver. The drop of this receiver hitch is 5-3/4" from the bottom of the frame rails to the top of the 2" square draw bar. Fits very snug below the factory bumper with only 1/2" between the bottom of the bumper and the top of the draw bar. Probably would not work any sort of "deep drop" rear bumper.

Mine is different from the picture on this review / but is what I ordered. Fairly easy install just needed to drill holes in my chassis. Solid quality, looks good, and good hardware.
