Okay for Intro to Yoga

I'm a beginner at yoga and this was certainly simple enough for me. Even as a beginner, I had to skip the poses section and go right to the workout because the poses part was too slow and boring. The workout's about 25 minutes long and feels nice on the back or for a quick and simple relaxation routine.

good but not great

This is a good yoga workout but I would have liked to have had more positions introduced. I have several Leslie Sansone products and really like her methods of teaching. Well worth the money.

Great yoga dvd for young and old

I borrowed this dvd from the library to supplement my beginner yoga lessons and liked it so much I had to have the dvd in my home. I just love it and Leslie Sansone is a great teacher. She has other excercise dvd besides yoga. I would highly recommend this dvd for anyone who would like to try yoga.
