Quality part. Be advised - no ground.

Loved being able to get an OEM part for my Lenovo. Surprised to find there was no ground wire - didn't notice this on the photo. Works great. Much better than the replacement one I'd been using, which got very noisy. Would feel much better if grounded... this is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
