Lenovo ThinkPad 13.3" Laptop, AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 5650U, 512GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, 20XHS06A00

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to switch over to a windows machine. However with the restricted ports on Mac, their skyrocketing prices, and terrible keyboard, I looked for a windows competitor. So happy with the ThinkPad. The build quality reminds me of Mac with a better keyboard and full of ports. Although battery life is not near the new M1 chip mac, it does beat my Intel based Mac at close to 11 hrs. Relearning windows after a 10 year hiatus was a breeze, especially with windows 11.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had many ThinkPads (10 or more) for work or personal use. My old E485 developed some cracks around the left hinge so I looked for a replacement. A new E14 would have cost a couple hundred dollars less than the X13 but I thought I'd like a lighter machine. I'm glad I bought the X13. It's noticeably more portable than the 14-inch ThinkPad it replaced (almost 25% lighter), and the display is almost as tall. (Height is more important than width for most purposes.) The X13 is my first ThinkPad without a spinning disk drive, and the SSD gives me almost-instant wakeup from sleep. The keyboard is what I expect from a ThinkPad.
