Lenovo IdeaPad U460 65W Genuine Original OEM Laptop Charger AC Adapter Power Cord

The product is fine. The reason I had to buy it is typical of Walmart. I bought an onn charger and got a service plan. The adapter I needed to use would not fit the power cord. Took it back to Walmart, after the 30 days noted in small print on the receipt. I was told to go to Allstate, the provider of the service plan. They told me that within the first year I needed to go to the manufacturer. I could find no way to contact onn. Onn is a private Walmart brand and the manufacturer of the product. I could not get any help locally. I went to Walmart on their national complaint site. Explained my problem. She put the warranty under a new TC%23. Told me to go back to local store and the warranty would be honored. When I went back, I was told no TC%23 for this situation existed. I spoke to store manager who told me their was nothing she could do. I asked if she had a number that she could call to resolve the problem. I was told that there was no problem as far as she was concerned. The whole purchase was less than $24. I doubt that Walmart will go under for a $24 refund because no one will honor as service agreement that is on the receipt. Charger is good brand name charger. It will make a great back up to the charger I had to buy since I could not get the service plan honored.
