Great - just adjust your expectations

These aren't bad. I've had strawberry, chocolate and blueberry and strawberry is my fav. They're better if you're able to toast them, but if you're eating them straight out of the packet, the crust/tart isn't going to be the same a normal pop-tart, but this is a low carb option. I'm a nurse and these are a great breakfast/snack option for me.

I have an eating disorder and instead of eating regular pop tarts (which I love) I switch to there. They are spendy but at least I am eating protein and fewer carbs. As for texture the are not pop tart quality but when you follow the microwave instructions they are a nice treat for breakfast. (as a eating disorder person these are not binge worthy so for me they are safe)
