Great bowl for Dogs that eats like a vacuum. I was always paranoid my dog may get Bloat due to how fast he eats and slurps water. I bought 2 bowls and the 7.5 - 8 inch bowls fits perfectly on the raised food stand. 1 bowl for food, the other bowl for water. My dog still eats like a hog even with these great bowls, but I noticed it did add around 20-30 seconds to his completed food consumption. I would buy these bowls again in case something happens to the bowls I just bought. These Bowls are pretty sturdy even for my big hungry dog.

Great for food or water!!!

I know these work well for food, but I got this one for the water bowl. I have a dog who drinks water so fast, that she vomits it right back up. This bowl has completely stopped that! I definitely recommend it for either food or water.
