[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG QNED TV has vivid color and crisp sound that is great for not only movies but also for gaming. The TV is light and thin. I only needed help carrying it onto the mount because it's big otherwise I could do it all by myself. The TV came with everything. When I say everything, I meant everything you can think of and even not think of. The only thing this TV didn't come with was the wall mount, other than that, it came with a stand, wires organizers (first time I see a TV comes with wires organizers), remote control, and batteries. The wires organizer is really a genius thing. Makes the back of the TV very organized with no messy wires going everywhere. The remote has the pointer which I thought was very neat. The point was a little hard to point for me when typing but I could use the buttons to do that. I found the pointer is quick to select things rather than having to scroll. The TV was quick and easy to set up. You need to create an account with LG in order to download other apps onto the TV. The TV does already have majority of the apps that we use often so it wasn't crucial to have an account. My wife does complain it's not compatible with Google Home so she can't use the voice command but to me it's not a big deal. My son and I are just excited with a big TV that has great picture and sounds for movies and gaming and this LG QNED delivers it without fail.
