I have had dentures since 1975 use to use Efferdent it was good but using it for years it discolored the part of the dentures that are suppose to look like your gums it turned them almost white whereas Polident which I have been using for quite a few years cleans my dentures and does not discolor them / I would recommend Polident over Eferedent
