For the record, Pepper Spray is legal in all 50 states and i got this to wear when walking (after being chased by two stray dogs that were aggressive) the strap is easily adjustable and fits comfortably on my hand, it doesn't slip off or move around. I feel more safe when i have this with me for protection.
