Sensodyne for those sensitive gums
Sensodyne toothpaste is the best toothpaste there is for sensitive gums. I have used Sensodyne since I was probably not even a teenager because my gums are so sensitive. I also use the mint flavor to get my mouth a minty smell when I'm speaking to other people. I would highly recommend.

The mint is more candy-like that I expected, since I was used to spearmint, but I got used to it. I have bad teeth, and it doesn't irritate it. My sensitivity is minimal. All of my dentists have recommended it....etc. A little wet and doesn't come out of the tube super smoothly. Probably isn't great for kids.

Yes, it's for sensitive teeth (which includes me), but it is one of the few toothpastes free of sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) which a fair number of people are sensitive to. I spent many years thinking tomatoes were the cause of my oral sores. It turned out to be SLS.
