[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first feature that I enjoyed, other than the sleek design, which attracted me to this product, in the first place, were the burners which included a high power burner for most of my cooking, the nice large easy to grasp handles for turning on one or more burners for cooking, and the thermocouple used for convection roasting… Perfect… Better than I anticipated… I also like the energy saving feature of The convection mode, baking and roasting where by the smart temperature reflects a lower temperature most often then the preset temperature… I have not use the air fryer option as yet, but I anticipate that will not disappoint either…

This has been a great experience, from purchase to installation and finally use. I air fried potato wedges and they were the best tasting potatoes we have ever had. Then I tried a pork loin with convection roast and the temperature probe. Flawless, set up and resulted in a perfectly browned and sealed roast and moist and a perfect 170 degrees on the inside. I was so tired of the glass top electric we previously used; once the top gets hot, there is no turning it down.
