May need a little help setting it up because the base is heavy and a little difficult to handle. Once it's set up, its perfect! Touch to turn on and off and adjust the brightness to your liking. I feel happy and have energy to get my day started now. I use it at night when I need to see or do something because the light is bright. The "neck" is pretty easy to maneuver where you need the light, too. I feel it was a good investment!
