Lava the Original 14.5 inch Silver Base Lamp with Purple Wax in Blue Liquid

Like most of the Lava Lamps in our collection, this one is awesome and was a must have, at least for us, as it will perfectly color match the newly painted bedroom it will be in, which has 3 light blue walls, 1 dark blue wall with metallic silver stars and silver trim! How perfect is THAT??? :) We'll add a couple photos so you can see for yourself. One without flash to show off the liquid, one with flash to show the lamps better. The lamps were turned on for at least 5 hours in both photos. The Red one is about 5 or 6 years old, the Rainbow one just arrived with the Silver base with Blue liquid/Purple bubbles one early this morning . This lamp took around 3 hours to start flowing good, the rainbow one took about 4 hours, but as they age some do start flowing much sooner.

i sleep in the basement of a house, and it tends to get very dark at night, my eye sight isn't the best anymore and i can see somewhat with out my glasses. but to avoid stubbing my toes or knocking into things with my feet or legs i needed a night light that was both appealing and reminiscent of an era i grew up in. the night light that i have is about 20 years old, still works but i wanted a newer one. i retired the old one for a while, and bought 2 new ones to cover the areas that i needed a soft light to aid me to see in the dark while not affecting my sleep. the purple/blue is dark enough to see by and has enough light to see by that when i get up for those trips to the kitchen or bathroom i don't bump my feet or legs or stub my toes. the lava lamps are serving their purpose
