Excellent product & customer service.
We purchased this, in chrome finish, approximately 2 years ago for our main floor powder room. After a few months, we noticed some discoloration on the faucet. We contacted Pfister customer service & after providing a photo of the defective faucet, quickly received a replacement. We were very pleased with the service we received & love this faucet. Gorgeous ... but tough to keep clean.
Have had installed for nine months. It is beautiful and functions perfectly. Because of the waterfall aspect of this fixture there is a small water stain left sitting on top always. We just keep it clean and it doesn't bother us but ... something to be aware of. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great Style.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own two of these for dual sinks. Looks great. The issue of mineral deposits others have mentioned is easily maintained by folding a paper towel to fit the spout, placing it on the spout, and pouring household vinegar on the paper towel. Let it sit a couple hours and clean as normal. We have a noticeable difference in flow rate between the two sinks. Would like to remedy this.
