Replacement LED Light fits as advertised
The replacement LED light was plug and play. Hardest part was figuring out which set of spring clips to use. The light was expensive so I hope the life of LED light is better than normal LED bulbs, and lasts for 10-20 years. The brightness is good and better than the incandescent bulb that was replaced.

So quick and easy to install a new cover!
This could not be easier. On a difficulty DIY scale of 1 to 5, it has to be a 1. Take down old cover, plug in new cover and put it back in place. Looks great. The only caveat is the light colour. It is 3000K which looks great in my bath, but if you have 5000K lights, it will not match. Any chance Broan will make one of these with a replaceable bulb? That way users could match their lighting scheme.
