Unique

Excellent brand, for me the best quality I've come across. The combination of tocopherols in this product is pretty special and can't be found in 99% of products, which generally have more d-alpha tocopherol than anything, where as these have a slight majority of gamma, which is extremely good for you (and more expensive) and should be taken in similar quantities.

Great

In fact, vitamin E is a whole group of biologically active substances: tocopherols and tocotrienols. To distinguish them, each is assigned a Greek letter: alpha, beta, gamma and delta. Alpha- and delta-tocopherols have the greatest activity. They are found mainly in products of plant origin. As a rule, in those where there is a lot of vegetable fat. Therefore, all vegetable oils are the best source of vitamin E. This vitamin, as well as vitamin A, which helps its assimilation, is fat-soluble. It is able to accumulate and be stored in the adipose tissue of animals, so it can be found in animal products - eggs, liver, seafood and fish caviar. Ingredients. Size. Quality

Excellent natural Vitamin E

Great quality, natural vitamin E, not synthetic variety. My son takes this vitamin E three times a week, as vitamin E is fat soluble and can build up over time. It is a good dosage amount; not too high. I got a rash from taking a much more potent natural vitamin E. Like with most things; moderation.
