I've had bad luck with porch paint 3 times in a row. This one was stuck in Texas forever but when I finally got it I got it On my porch the last good weather day and so far it's exceeded expectations. No peeling or flaking and looks great. We will see how it looks in the spring but I'm optimistic and plan to purchase again.
