No burned hands from handle

Great product. You can grab the handle after you've warmed it in the microwave ( 3 minutes) and it's not hot! It does hold a few (3-5 oz) less than a few other cup bowls I own. Since you don't burn your hand grabbing the handle it's worth it. I have a few other brands that I have to use a towel to get it out of the microwave but not these. I use these daily and they hold up great in the dish washer too.

Well designed and sturdy soup bowls with lids.

I rarely do bother to review products but when I do, I'm a hard reviewer. With that in mind, I can find nothing but good things to say about these bowls. They call them coffee mugs in the description, but they are really soup bowls with lids. I suppose you could use them as coffee mugs but to me they are too big for that. I bought them for warming up soup and oatmeal in the microwave. They are perfect. The reason I'm reviewing is because I have tried many other similar bowls with lids and been sorely disappointed either with the quality of the material or with the size, etc. These bowls are thick and sturdy. The lids seem to be well designed and built...but I haven't used the lids yet because I had some lids from other bowls, and I've just been using them instead. I will be getting a couple more of these.

They are the perfect size for soup, ice cream, just about anything will fit in these bowls. The bonus they won't burn or freeze your hands because they have handles. They hold a lot because they are deep. I have looking for over a year because the ones I had are all broken. I guess after 20 plus years I certainly got my monies worth. I found these while browsing on Wal Marts web site.
