Value for money in a bridge camera
Its a fabulous travel camera with plenty of zoom. If JPEG is selected instead of RAW files, the zoom is doubled. The sensor size on these cameras is typical in most bridge cameras being 1/2.3, except for the very few which have a 1" sensor. For what it is, it represents great value for money and versatility. Most bridge and pocket cameras have the 1/2.3 sensor, which is a limitation in ALL of them, however unless you go to a DSLR with interchangeable lenses for better image quality; one would be hard pressed finding a better value for money option for this kind of camera. It is a bit bulky, and really - a good upgrade would be to place a 1" sensor in it, however it has many good features.

Brilliant All Round Camera
After a considerable amount of research I decided on this Camera, It satisfied all of my Criteria & More, As a Novice to Digital photography, initially I found it quite daunting, however, the ease of use makes the introduction to Digital Photography a very pleasant & rewarding experience. Thank you Panasonic for a Excellent Value for Money Camera
