Please redesign and cover the camera button

Have been using otterbox defender cases for the last 15 years on phones and tablets. They are the toughest cases and I have never had a device damaged. My only complaint on the 16 pro case is the camera button hole. Why?!? It is the most annoying thing ever. Why leave it exposed? It bothers me enough that I really want to change cases, but I am afraid my phone won't be protected with something else. It gets touched unintentionally ALL the time. It is awkward to hold and just all together a terrible design. If there was a different option that was the same durability I WOULD DEFINITELY CHANGE.

Big Disappointment

The magnet isn't strong. It doesn't connect securely. The case already looks trashed because everything sticks to the material. Grant it, I have a somewhat dirty job as I am a mail carrier but I bought an Otterbox because of it. When it first came in I loved it! The color was pretty. I ordered the denim blue. I haven't even had it for two months and it looks awful. The dirt and dust sticks into the texture. I am quite disappointed. The outer shell doesn't even fit that securely. Big let down, Otterbox.

iPhone 16 Pro Max Defender

I honestly love the feel of the case and have used otterbox for a long time. It feels solid and has good grip. Only reason for the 3 stars is, I'm not a fan of how otterbox went about the camera button cutout. It's very obnoxious and leaves a lot of the phone exposed.

Our engineering team not only found that the new notch does not diminish the drop protection of the case, we also re-engineered these cases to be Drop+ 7x rated up from Drop+ 4x rated on previous versions.
