Great picture, looks amazing in my room!

I'm no expert/ TV snob, I just wanted a good telly for my living room to watch movies/sport. Love it so far, great picture, great sound and easy to set up and navigate

Amazing TV - Feels like a 3d TV

Amazing picture quality. I upgraded from NU7100 tv which was 4k HDR 10+ too, but when you have this on the side, that just looks ancient. I have paired this TV with my q950A soundbar, and now I have better experience watching content at home than going to cinema. I saw John Wick 4, Planet Earth 2, Avatar, Witcher, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol-3. It's crazy thin!!! Things where Samsung can improve: The OS feels slow, and lacks a lot of good apps (For now I use my NVIDIA shield, but still no excuse for Samsung!), Also the TV doesn't have DTS support, so watching some old movies through plex app on TV ends up transcoding. Also Samsung why in earth you won't pay for Dolby vision? I am happy to pay for the fees. Overall - Even without Dolby vision, this looked better compared to LG C2 in store. So having Dolby Vision would be amazing.

We also appreciate that you are not finding the operating system to be very fast, and we recommend making sure the TV is fully up to date to ensure its performance is always at the best. You can do this by heading to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Support > Software update > Download automatically over Wi-Fi. Finally, we understand that you would have liked to see the Dolby Vision technology implemented on this TV, although this model features Dolby Atmos, HDR and 4K resolution. Great quality. Trying too hard with interface

TV is an absolute beast. Picture quality is amazing and the upscaling means nearly everything looks at least HD. Can't comment on sound as have a Sonos Arc connected which connected via the e-arc seamlessly. Interface is a bit slow and I don't like the way connected devices are split between media and gaming. Another gripe is that on the smart remote there is no 1 click button to view the quick settings Bought this a month ago from Richer Sounds who gave a 6 Year warranty.
