I bake the whole chicken in the oven, freeze some of the meat, and make bone broth from the bones. I don't season my meats until I eat them as I am mostly eating carnivore. If baked for the right amount of time, this chicken is juicy and delicious. I try to eat pasture-raised and/or grass fed organic meats so this fits the bill! I also take off the skin and put it between two sheets of parchment paper and cook it in the oven for chicken skin crisps. It's a delicious snack! Eating this way is expensive so hopefully, it's worth it.

I roasted this chicken in place of a turkey one Thanksgiving, and I have been recommending this Perdue chicken ever since. It's the best tasting chicken meat I have tasted in a very long time. Dark meat or white meat is tasty and moist. I don't bother buying any other brand any more.
