Very smooth writing, ink doesn't bleed through. The only issue is availability. These pens are hard to find. Walmart showed 3-2 packs available but only had 1. I've expanded my search to the internet, ordered 4 2-packs on 11/17, they won't ship until 11/24. These are medium point, everyone stocks fine and extra fine, which my old, arthritic hands don't like.
