A brilliant addition to the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone suggested, I've left the shredder/slicer permanently attached to my mixer. Most days it gets used to shred cheese or vegetables. So easy to clean. Just put the inner stainless steel grater into the dishwasher, and wipe out the attachment housing with a damp cloth. I am so happy with my shredder attachment.
