Has everything we need

I love these multivitamins. I have taken them when I was a child and now my own children take them. I prefer these over gummy multivitamins for kids because my youngest needs a little iron in her daily vitamins and these are the only ones I've noticed has iron along with everything else that I personally think should be in a multivitamin. Others that include iron don't have very many other vitamins and minerals in them. These original Flintstones vitamins have it all and I love that. They also taste pretty decent. My youngest doesn't care for the taste very much so I usually have to bribe her with a drink or something but at the same time the pink ones are her favorite.

Flintstone Complete chewables was prescribed as a dietary supplement by my Bariatric Surgeon in 2010. I have been taking them daily ever since. My bloodwork is always good when the Doctor tests my levels. They have been good for me. I chew 2 a day but I would recommend them to everyone looking for an effective absorbable daily vitamin.
