Gentle, but very effective.
I have tried a lot of other brand names and none are as gentle or effective as Nature's Way. I take one or two capsules each night before bedtime with a glass of water and I have positive results in the morning. There are no side effects such as cramping or stomach pain. I recommend this to anyone who suffers from constipation.

Our family was using a high dollar aloe supplement and then we discovered Swanson Vitamins. This is equal to or better than what we were purchasing. Works great and no after taste.

It works! You need to drink plenty of water when you take a capsule at bedtime, at least one full glass of water, but more is better. The elimination action is gentle next day.
